We live in a world in which many people, including seniors, face real challenges that make it difficult to flourish as individuals and as members of their communities. These challenges are born from a variety of factors that are unique for every individual, but for everyone they uniformly can be frightening and isolating.

For seniors these challenges often take the form of physical and mental health issues, economic pressures, loss of family and friends, and cultural and community exclusion.

As a culture we often are unsure of how to come alongside our senior neighbors who are facing these unique challenges, thus contributing to a cycle of increasing exclusion and isolation, much to the detriment not only to our senior neighbors, but also to the entire community.

For this reason we have dedicated ourselves to helping seniors flourish by reconnecting them—as recipients and contributors—to their communities around them.

Through a variety of volunteer-driven services and programs, and with a commitment to fostering shared experiences with one another, we have created a remarkable community of volunteers, both young and old, who have embraced our senior neighbors as family and as valued members of the community.

With every interaction between our staff, volunteers, and seniors, we are helping create communities that will increasingly flourish today and into the future.
